As we approach the end of the year, it is evident that 2016 will be yet another record breaker! With the recent enhancements to our compensation plan, we are poised for an even more successful 2017! ALL of this success comes from the rather un usual concept of helping others reach their goals. We hope that no matter how successful we are, or how stable our business is, or how fast we con tinue to grow, we will never forget our responsibil ity as leaders to continue to lead and to continue to help others. When we enroll with Melaleuca, we commit to help others reach their goals. That commit ment doesn’t stop as soon as we reach our own. I commend the hundreds of Senior Directors and Executive Directors who continue to reach out to help others, many of whom are not even in their own marketing organization. We have a wonderful culture! It makes it so rewarding and fun, and successful! The holidays will bring good cheer and a cel ebration for a wonderful year past, as well as a tremendous hope for what next year will bring.
