Helping Others Leads to Record- Breaking Business Success! Director in Melaleuca had to help dozens of others before he or she could ever become an Executive Director. And, of course, it was the very effort of helping others reach their goals that propelled them into Executive Director status (and the income level that goes with it). As we approach the holiday season, I believe it’s appropriate to think back over the last 12 months and review the progress we have made as well as the vast opportunity that lies before us. It’s also appropriate to take a minute and re flect upon the many new friends we’ve made this year, and the impact they made on our lives. As I grow older, relationships take on greater mean ing. I continue to be impressed by the impact that people have on each other’s lives when they team up to help each other reach their goals.
