PATHWAY :: CARPENTRY The Carpentry pathway is designed to provide students with practical information regarding safety, advanced power tools, and stationary machinery related to the construction industry. Students are instructed in all areas of safety including ladders, scaffolding, trenching, and the use of safety harnesses. Students are introduced to the State of Georgia Building Code and knowledge needed to lay rafters, stairs and walls, and how to properly frame doors and windows.
